I want you to love the painting you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with it, and the reason of return is that you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days after the artwork was delivered to you. Please contact me during this period. Lable for return will be send to you via e-mail. 

If the reason of your return is that the package arrived damaged – please contact me within 7 days after the artwork was delivered to you and attach a few images and explanation to your request. 

The painting has to be returned in the same condition and the box you receive it, refund will be issued after the package will be received.

This artwork is sold and shipped to you by Ruslan Khais Art.

Purchased painting will be shipped to you in a cardboard box, wrapped and protected by the standards of a brick and mortal gallery.  It will be insured and shipped to the buyer within 3-5 days after receiving payment.  Tracking number for shipping will be provided via e-mail.

For customers within US shipping is free, customers from abroad can request shipping quote, because charges for shipping, insurance and delivery duties are not included in the price.

For customers within the United States shipping is fully insured and free,

For international customers, shipping costs including insurance will be provided upon request.  VAT and Delivery Duty are the customer's responsibility.
