This artwork is sold to you by Ruslan Khais Art.  The purchased painting will be shipped to the customer within 3-5 business days after the sale goes through.  The artwork will be packed and shipped according to high gallery standards in a sturdy and well-protected cardboard box.  To control moving the package to the destination the name of the carrier and tracking number will be provided via e-mail. 

For customers within the United States shipping is fully insured and free,

For international customers, shipping costs including insurance will be provided upon request.  VAT and Delivery Duty are the customer's responsibility.

I want you to love the painting you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with it, and the reason of return is that you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days after the artwork was delivered to you. Please contact me during this period. Lable for return will be send to you via e-mail. 

If the reason of your return is that the package arrived damaged – please contact me within 7 days after the artwork was delivered to you and attach a few images and explanation to your request.
